Payment

Before moving into the room, appartment or flat of  your domitories, you have to pay following fees:

1. Deposit:
The deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. When you move out of the dormitory and no flaws have been found in your room, the money will be paid back.
 
2. Key deposit:
You must pay for a key deposit in the amount of 25, 00 €. The money will be paid completely back, if all keys are returned upon termination of the rental contract.

3. Cleaning fee:
Before moving into the dormitory, you will be charged for a cleaning fee of 60, 00 €, which will be refunded if the room, the apartment or the flat that you have rented meets our hygienic demand upon your leaving.
